THE BURGHÀLIE RUNWAY: MODEL REGISTRATION
The TBR Fashion Competition is an annual fashion experience, designed to discover and develop standout modeling talent through a series of curated challenges and live showcases. Model selections are based on Confidence, Versatility Across Modeling Lanes, Distinct Personal Aesthetic, and the Ability to Interpret and Execute Creative Direction with precision.

The Burghàlie Runway is an annual fashion show presented by The Burghalie Academy of Visual Arts. The Burghàlie Academy of Visual Arts is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that uses art and fashion as a healthy alternative for at-risk youth and young adults. We emphasize the prevention of homelessness, recidivism, and delinquency, as we aim to empower youth for healthy living as adults. 

 

KEY POINTS:

  • Filmed Event: This event as well as the entire process leading up to the event will be filmed for a BurghàlieTV Series. 

  • Event Date: The fashion show is scheduled for Sunday, June 7th, 2026. Models are expected to clear their schedules for the entire day of the show. 

  • Additional Challenges & Rehearsals: There are roughly 3-5 additional competition challenges that models will be expected to attend. These dates are typically on Sunday’s to minimize scheduling conflicts. 

  • Registration Fee: There is a $100 registration fee for all models that are selected. This expense covers all photoshoots, limited workshops, and overall project production. Participation is not garanteed until fees have been cleared.

  • Platform for Exposure: The event serves as a significant platform for models to showcase their talents and gain valuable exposure within the industry.

  • Limited Registrations: To maintain a high-quality and focused competition, only a select number of registrations will be accepted. Once registration is complete, we will send out details regarding the model casting, which serves as the final step in confirming selection for the show. ​
